The ambience involves the physical, social, professional space and interpersonal relationships that must be in tune with a project aimed at welcoming, resolute and humane attention.
With due proportions, it is common when welcoming a bereaved family, to be concerned only with the physical structure, whether or not it is suitable for that moment and we forget that we, as people and professionals who care about the pain of others , we have all the conditions to change any environment through simple transforming actions such as: tender tone of voice, walking sober, being attentive to the details involving the bereaved, providing soothing instrumental music, among others.
Compassion moves us towards an action that manages to transform the pain of the other into a compassionate act, that is, that possesses or demonstrates compassion; who shares the sufferings of others, thus we become a compassionate being.
When we do this, we create an ambience capable of changing any environment, whether luxurious or simple.
We make the ambiance! We are transforming agents!
Human dignity is priceless, we rescue!
Doing something for another, I do it for myself too, relieving the pain of others, relieving mine too, it can’t be a burden or weight, it needs to come from the heart.
The mark that we will leave in the memory of a bereaved family that experiences an atmosphere of love at the time of pain, will be eternalized in hearts with good memories in such a delicate and sensitive moment. It cannot seem like a bargaining chip, otherwise it makes no sense.
We make the ambience, make an effort, do what you can in the space offered, be sensitive, complain less and transform more!
